Justine at Mosaic Settlements was amazing. I would highly recommend using them for your next sale and purchase. Who would have thought as we settled into our forever home that we would once again require the services of Mosaic Settlements. Unexpectedly the family home had to be sold to transition a parent into aged care and it was with no hesitation that we chose Mosaic.
.
Janne & Brielle gave me the confidence and support to tackle a Landgate issue which they had taken as far as their jurisdiction would allow. Similarly, it was never an issue when another email was despatched to Janne to seek further clarification. It was a tight finish with Landgate as settlement date loomed but, it the end, everything settled without a hitch.
Thank you again, Janne for your calm professionalism and advice. Justine, you have an excellent team that ensured the service I received was just as seamless as it was for the settlement of our own home.
Given all that has happened in the past two months I have, once again, no hesitation in recommending Mosaic Settlements as my go-to settlement agent of choice.
